EARLY LEARNING

District program for children birth through 5 years old, not yet in school. PAT teachers help parents in the home to become their child's first teacher. Developmental milestones are monitored for each individual child.

Hermann Elementary offers a preschool program that is held in the AM or full day. Seats are limited so register your child for the Preschool Screenings held in the spring and indicate that you are interested in your child being enrolled in the program. There is a nominal fee for preschool attendance, but a sliding scale is available for families that qualify based on income. This is a great transition for children not yet school age that will help them adjust to the expectations and routines of a school setting.

ACADEMIC PROGRESS, monitored through Infinite Campus student information management system.
I am happy to meet with you and your child's teacher any time through the school year to discuss their academic progress and individual testing. Just contact me to help set up an appointment. There is no better way to stay informed of your child's academic progress on a more regular basis than to log in through our Parent Portal on Infinite Campus.
